“LET ME IN!” The Real Reason President Obama Was Locked Out of the Oval Office

by Marielena Montesino de Stuart

Let me in!

This is more serious than we thought.

Come Samba With Me!

The White House staff made a historic decision to lock President Obama out of the Oval Office, upon his unexpected early return from a samba escapade in Brazil.

It appears that President Barack Obama’s abysmal job approval ratings released on Monday, and the ongoing controversy over the attack on Libya has caught up with him– and his own staff has had enough.

What’s next for the President?

Exile in the Seychelles.

Meanwhile, the staff of the Executive Office decided to put the White House to good use.

Here’s an undercover report of what was taking place inside the Oval Office, and why the President couldn’t get in:

Divine Comedy…

If this is of any consolation, Roman Catholics are not alone.

At least not when it comes to the scandal of modernists undermining the Church– from within and without.

Here is what some have also been pondering in the Church of England.

The similarities are uncanny!

Disciplinary Inspection Commission (DIC) Issues Report on Commissioner Fred Coyle

Commissioner Fred Coyle (Chairman)

by Marielena Montesino de Stuart

A Satirical Look at Commissioner Fred Coyle’s last few days in office

Something had to be done…

DISCIPLINARY INSPECTION COMMISSION (DIC)

Recent events involving the Jackson Lab fiasco  appear to have left a certain Collier County commissioner a bit discomposed.  A common occurrence in Florida politics.

So, a new citizen group has emerged, rightly named the Disciplinary Inspection Commission (DIC).

DIC plans to inspect, in the strictest sense of the word, the activities and behavior of Collier County commissioners who fail to enforce transparency in economic development– and who do not treat their constituency with kindness and respect.

DIC launched its operation by conducting a public poll, as Phase I of an inspection report on Collier County Commissioner, Fred Coyle.  Mr. Coyle was brought to DIC’s attention after he recently wrote a  Letter to the Editor of a local newspaper, specifically addressing a senior member of our community, including her political party affiliation– for merely exercising her First Amendment rights.  This has caused tremendous consternation and indignation among many citizens, who do not like seeing one of their finest be bullied by Chairman Coyle.

While some may see DIC’s initial disciplinary inspection as too severe– it is actually quite reasonable, compared to a more formal disciplinary inspection that DIC could launch, if Chairman Coyle does not heed the results of the following public poll:

HOLDING ON TO OUR CHEESE: Is the Jackson Lab Deal Really Gone?

Copyright 2010 Marielena Montesino de Stuart

by Marielena Montesino de Stuart

A Divine Comedy Special about Collier County, Florida, and the infamous “Jackson Lab Deal“

The Story

The Jackson Lab, which is based in Bar Harbor, Maine, specializes in breeding genetically altered mice for experiments– including Human Embryonic Stem Cell Research.

The Jackson Lab wanted millions of taxpayer dollars to open a new facility in the town of Ave Maria, which is located in rural Eastern Collier County.  The Jackson Lab’s “smoke and mirrors” proposal of a biomedical village in Ave Maria never convinced Collier County citizens– who demand authentic and transparent economic development.

So… a group of Collier County citizens– comprised of one journalist, Marielena Montesino de Stuart who resides in Ave Maria– and the rest mostly from Naples, publicly stood up to the big landowners and three county commissioners (Coyle, Fiala and Coletta) who were promoting what appears to be a taxpayer scam.

Meanwhile, back in Ave Maria the crickets were chirping.  Read about it HERE

Three influential articles written by renowned investigative journalist, Randy Engel (US Coalition for Life) were crucial in educating the public about the dark moral and ethical problems surrounding the Jackson Lab, and about Ave Maria’s silence in the face of these problems.  These articles may be read here: PART I, PART II and PART III.

The efforts of the above individuals who denounced, publicly protested, and took legal action against the Jackson Lab “deal”–succeeded in driving the Jackson Lab out of town.

But the Collier County citizens who publicly protested and took legal action are not letting their guard down.  Could the Jackson lab deal be reintroduced… or something similar?

Is it Safe to Come Out?

Collier County citizens are friendly creatures that love to come out and socialize.

But is it safe?

Is the “Jackson Lab deal” really gone?

Is it really, really gone?

It would be scary to come out and be surprised by another TAXPAYER TRAP!

Here’s today’s news about the fat rats that were trying to eat our cheese…

Jackson Lab’s Ties to Collier are erased

THE JACKSON LAB DEAL: Outsmarting the Chimp

by Marielena Montesino de Stuart

E-Mail: ContactTRCW@aol.com

A Divine Comedy Special on “The Jackson Lab Deal”

Steering Committee for Collier Gets to Work, LLLP

“The Jackson Lab deal” in Collier County, Florida, is nothing but monkey business.

Forty eight hours ago some thought it was all over.  So quickly.

The Jackson Lab announced that it withdrew its $50 million application to the state of Florida for first-year funding– as part of their Ave Maria-Jackson Lab project, in rural Eastern Collier County.  The Jackson Lab is apparently now actively reworking its image in front of the new governor– up in Tallahassee.

But the “Jackson Lab deal” is like the drunk that won’t pay and keeps sneaking in through the bar’s back door.  Each time there’s a new promise, and he keeps running up the tab.

Well, we’ve already ran a pretty steep tab with the taxpayer dollars spent in Collier County, by putting up with the Jackson Lab nonsense.

But the drunk is sneaking in again, this time disguised as “economic diversity”– including of course, support for– guess what?

The JACKSON LAB

While The Jackson Lab works on its makeover in Tallahassee, a new group has been unveiled bearing the name Collier Gets to Work, Inc. – (not to be confused with the very smart group featured above).

Some hard-core Jackson Lab deal supporters who are members of  Collier Gets to Work, Inc., appear to be recycling themselves under a new public relations spin.

Are they trying to resell us the “Jackson Lab deal”?

That would be a ridiculous attempt, given that a public poll showed that more than 80% of responders are against this taxpayer deal, not to mention the public protests and lawsuits filed to stop the Jackson train wreck.

Records from the Secretary of State show that Collier Gets to Work, Inc., is headquartered at the offices of the Economic Development Council of Collier County– the folks that helped bring us the Jackson Lab nightmare!

This deserves our first ”Laughing Pup Award” of the year!

Now, let’s catch our breath.  These folks at the new Collier Gets to Work, Inc.,  really want us to focus on “life sciences” as the best means to create new jobs– and no doubt reach into taxpayer pockets.   Yes… that’s the new spin– “life sciences”.

How charming.

Monkey business

Let’s take a look at some fields included in “life sciences”.  Can you pick out a familiar one?  You know, the unproven and controversial one that Jackson Lab wants to experiment with in Collier County, using our taxpayer dollars?:

Agrotechnology,  Bio-engineering, Bio-Medical Science, Biochemistry, Biocomputing, Biocontrol, Biodynamics, Bioinformatics, Biology, Biomaterials, Biomechanics, Biomedical sciences, Biomolecular engineering, Biomonitoring, Biophysics, Biopolymers, Biotechnology, Botany, Cell biology, Cognitive neuroscience, Computational neuroscience, Developmental biology, Ecology, Environmental science, Evolutionary biology, Evolutionary Genetics, Food Science, Genetics, Genomics, Health Sciences, Immunogenetics, Immunology, Immunotherapy, Medical devices, Medical imaging, Medicine, Microbiology, Molecular biology, Nanotechnology, Neuroinformatics, Neuroscience, Oncology, Optometry, Personalized medicine, Pharmacogenomics, Pharmacology, Physiology, Plant sciences, Proteomics, Structural biology, Systems biology, Tissue engineering, Zoology, etc., etc., etc.,

Which one is it– ladies and gentlemen of Collier Gets to Work, Inc.?

We’ve already been put through enough ‘smoke and mirror sessions’ with the Ave Maria-Jackson lab deal.

Will the taxpayer experiment involve  Personalized Medicine?

Will it now involve Evolutionary Genetics?   You know… monkey business?

Collier County taxpayers want to know.

DANGEROUS TIMES: Folks in Rural Eastern Collier County Take Emergency Measures after Judge Kenneth B. Bell’s Arbitration Ruling

by Marielena Montesino de Stuart

A Divine Comedy (or Harsh Reality) New Year Special

Folks all over rural Eastern Collier County, Florida,  began taking emergency measures, after Judge Kenneth B. Bell’s arbitration ruling– announced on December 27, 2010.

As an example of refined taste, and as a way to show what the little folks in the rural eastern swamplands mean to him, Judge Bell delivered his ruling as a “No Equal Protection” surprise gift– after Christmas.

Yes, a surprise indeed, and one that should make Collier County citizens feel like puppets– since no official notification about this arbitration hearing was ever sent to property owners and citizens affected by the outcome of this hearing.  Such disregard for property and a citizen’s rights should render the arbitration process illegal.

All men are created… not so equal?

Based on his simple-majority (3 votes) ruling for the Rural Land Stewardship Area, it appears that Judge Bell believes that all men are created more, or less equal– compared to the super-majority (4 votes) required for zoning changes in other parts of Collier County.

This arbitration ruling also conveniently opens the door for the zoning changes needed to build the infamous ”Ave Maria-Jackson Lab project”– in the location envisioned by the powerful Eastern Collier County landowner, Barron Collier Companies.

“The Jackson Lab proposal” seeks millions of dollars in public funding– also known as corporate welfare.   Several lawsuits have been filed against this taxpayer proposal–by Collier County citizens, and one Collier County corporation.  Calling this project “infamous” will be an understatement, when the county tallies up the taxpayer consequences of the Jackson Lab proposal.

Catholicism and genetics come together

A little background:

Former pizza mogul, Catholic philanthropist and Chancellor of Ave Maria University, Thomas S. Monaghan, made the land available for the Jackson Lab, which specializes in the field of genetics.   The Jackson Lab is also involved in the controversial world of Human Embryonic Stem Cells (HESC)– by holding workshops and providing resources for HESC research.

The Catholic Church considers HESC research a grave crime against innocent human life, and the local bishop is not happy about the Ave Maria-Jackson Lab idea.  But, hey– Monaghan did his own ”due diligence” and proceeded to make the land available for the lab.

Meanwhile, Barron Collier Companies and Monaghan are partners in the development of Ave Maria.  Quite a hodgepodge of religious and monetary ambitions.  God help us.

Predatory Taxpayer Scam?

Aside from the welter of ethical controversies surrounding the Jackson Lab– at the end of the day, the Ave Maria-Jackson Lab project looks more like a predatory taxpayer scam– a perfect match for the swamplands of Eastern Collier County.

Suffice it to say, the news of Judge Bell’s decision helps advance the real estate experiment that folks in the town of Ave Maria have been put through– which so far has included its promotion as a   “Catholic town”, ”Every Lifestyles Town”, “Futuristic Genetics-Biomedical Cluster Town”– and now, who knows what’s coming to this rural Eastern Collier County town!

Even though the arbitration ruling is non-binding– and will most probably be challenged in court, it has upset and worried many a property owner and resident.  According to Judge Bell, all that is needed are three swift little votes from the Board of County Commissioners to change zoning in the huge Rural Land Stewardship Area, covering 195,000 acres.  Eastern Collier County falls within the Rural Land Stewardship Area.

Puppets in a Disaster Zone

There’s no sense in pondering the potential harrowing decline in property value that this ruling could bring upon the Rural Land Stewardship Area– adding insult to injury, given that property values have dropped enough already.  There are, after all, more important things to worry about– considering that a toxic waste dump could be built behind your backyards– with just three little votes.

So, here are a few timeless emergency precautionary measures for Rural Civil Defense that property owners and residents of rural Eastern Collier County have started to follow.

And yes, maybe it is time to…

CONTACT YOUR ”COUNTY AGENTS”–

Commissioners Fred Coyle, Donna Fiala and James Coletta

(since they voted in favor of the arbitration process)

and Watch the VIDEO for

The Rural Eastern Collier County Emergency Program

Remember… there’s NO such thing as Equal Protection!

TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION:  Who is Judge Kenneth B. Bell? + Collier County Arbitration Hearing held December 11 and 13, 2010 regarding votes needed for zoning changes in the Rural Land Stewardship Area + The Jackson Lab +  Barron Collier Companies + Thomas S. Ave Maria University: From President to Reverend… All in a Day’s Work

Ave Maria University:  From President to Reverend… All in a Day’s Work (a Divine Comedy Special)

FROM PRESIDENT TO REVEREND... ALL IN A DAY'S WORK (Not a Real Bishop) © Copyright Marielena Montesino de Stuart

Anything is possible in Monaghan’s Utopia of Ave Maria, where the Pizza King rules.  Yes, even the president of the university can be declared “Reverend”– all in a day’s work.

Monaghan, who is very busy with his 70-year plan to remake Catholicism in America, may have forgotten  to inform the Bishop of this diocese about the extraordinary new appointment that has taken place in this remote town.

News of this event may not have reached the Bishop yesterday, before celebrating mass inside Monaghan’s colossal church.  But maybe that’s a good thing– because any opposition from the Bishop regarding these private religious matters in Ave Maria, is almost more than we can bear.

It appears that the Pizza King has come up with another ecclesiastical appointment, as noted on Monday, August 30th by the watchful eyes of the Naples Daily News, which ran a front-page piece centered on an issue that had already been covered several weeks ago by other news and information services–  about Bill Gates asking Tom Monaghan to join “The Giving Pledge”– a project where Gates and Warren Buffett ask the world’s richest to give “large chunks” of their wealth to charity.

“The Giving Pledge” seems more like a  ”feel-good therapy program” for the very rich, with lots of “look-at-me-and-what-I’m-doing” publicity, with an even “bigger chunk” of spin attached to it.   No quiet humble charity here.

But it seems that every one of Monaghan’s colossal stories has an equal colossal story behind it.

Back in the early days of Ave Maria Town, before Bishop Frank J. Dewane assumed responsibility of  (and rescued) the liturgy,  Nicholas J. Healy Jr., the president of Monaghan’s Ave Maria University (AMU) was referred to as ”Bishop Healy” by some in the town– as explained in the following excerpt:

In 2007, under Mr. Healy’s administration, a liturgical “directive” was issued through a priest who used to call himself “Chaplain” (a matter of public record). This liturgical “directive” stated authority over ecclesiastical matters at AMU.  Father John Zuhlsdorf  (Father Z) a famous American priest based in Rome, called this directive “pompous” and “inflammatory” on his widely read blog. It was during this time that people in Ave Maria began to refer to President Healy as “Bishop” Healy– while some of us quietly waited for Bishop Frank Dewane (the real Bishop) to exercise his authority.

Click HERE to read complete article.

Well, based on yesterday’s Naples Daily News it appears that Nick Healy may have regained the title of “Reverend” –

"REVEREND NICHOLAS HEALY" - FRONT PAGE ARTICLE - NAPLES DAILY NEWS - AUGUST 30, 2010

NAPLES DAILY NEWS - FRONT PAGE - AUGUST 30, 2010 - "SPREADING HIS WEALTH AND FAITH"

NAPLES DAILY NEWS - PAGE 5A - "SPREADING HIS WEALTH AND FAITH" - WITH REFERENCE TO "REVEREND NICHOLAS HEALY"

In line with the pomp and circumstance of Monaghan’s own publicity, one must not underestimate yesterday’s “Rev. Nicholas Healy” announcement, which is of equal or greater importance to The Giving Pledge– given that this second round as “Reverend” is consistent with Monaghan’s declaration that his law professors work in a “ministerial” capacity (reference article also available in PDF).   A true deliverance from all the aggravation and inconvenience of diocesan approval and protocol.

And since Ave Maria does not seem to follow the prevailing tide of opinion, a recognition ceremony and a big parade is in order – with big signs that should read “We Love You, Reverend.”

We have plenty of chances to do this while nobody is looking.

In the Town of Ave Maria, which is advertised for ”every lifestyle and every dream”– anything is possible, as we wait with bated breath for Monaghan to appoint our next pope.
