BENEDICT XVI fires himself!  (A modernist turns his back on the Throne of Peter)

Make no mistake: God is not mocked, for a person will reap only what he sows. —Galatians 6:7

Welcome back, dear friends!

Benedict XVI has fired himself.  I’m not surprised– given the disintegration of the hierarchy around the Throne of Peter.  In reality, a Pope must die as Pope– regardless of the state of his health.  As such, Benedict XVI has turned his back on the Throne of Peter.  His decision speaks volumes about his modernist views of  sacred traditions.  But again, I’m not surprised.

Once a young adviser to a German cardinal at the council, Pope Benedict XVI in many ways embodies the full spectrum of the Vatican II experience”.

As a theological adviser to German Cardinal Joseph Frings of Cologne, then-Father Joseph Ratzinger attended all four sessions of the 1962-65 council, enthusiastically embracing its early work and its bold approach to renewal.”

“…in his first sermon as pope in April, he said there should be no doubt that the council [VATICAN II] and its authoritative rereading of the Gospel would remain the “compass” for his papacy”.

It will be difficult to find someone to fill Saint Peter’s shoes, in this environment.   Now, more than ever, we must demand a clean-up of the Church’s hierarchy– so that holiness and respect for Holy Mother Church can be restored.♗

Lightning struck St. Peter’s Basilica within hours of Benedict XVI’s resignation.
