The Commemoration of All the Faithful Departed (All Souls’ Day)

Today we remember all the faithful departed, including those who are in Purgatory undergoing purification– and in desperate need of our prayers– in order to one day experience the Beatific Vision of God.  We also remember and pray for the Christian martyrs who have lost their lives at the hands of Islamic terrorists, communists and materialistic atheists around the world.
